John Paul Stevens is a seasoned real estate attorney with a comprehensive background in business and law. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis, followed by an MBA in Finance with a concentration in real estate from The Fogelman College of Business and Economics. Driven by a passion for real estate law since high school, Mr. Stevens gained early experience in the field through a summer job at a real estate law office in 1998. This experience sparked his desire to help clients navigate the real estate transaction process.
Mr. Stevens earned his law degree from Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law in 2011, while working as a law clerk for Kustoff & Strickland, PLLC. In 2020, he obtained his license to practice law in Mississippi, further expanding his expertise. By the summer of 2024, he founded JPS Title Services, LLC, a firm licensed to conduct real estate closings in both Tennessee and Mississippi, where he continues to provide expert legal guidance in real estate transactions.
